vSensei can schedule an on-site visit by one of our Lean Manufacturing experts to provide training and support. Our Virtual Sensei consist of individuals who have led major conversion of facilities in many countries across a variety of different industries.

In-person courses focused on manufacturing, supply chain and lean systems.

Lean Coaching

Many customers found the need for regular support from a Virtual Sensei. By combining web conferencing tools with the LeanDNA software, companies can quickly discuss, identify and resolve issues related to lean enterprise implementations.  Our Virtual Sensei's will often conduct bi-weekly web conference calls with key team members to review current lean actions, discuss issues, and prepare actions plans.  We have found regulary scheduled coaching followed up by an on-site visits ito be the most effective method to drive large operational improvements very quickly.

vSensei clients can quickly connect with a Virtual Sensei to get expert perspectives that help them manage day-to-day business decisions.

Confidential telephone consultations provide vSensei's clients with custom, direct, and rapid access to perspectives from the Virtual Sensei, helping them make better decisions in the management and execution of operational improvement initiatives. Using LeanDNA's proprietary cloud technology, customers are able to quickly locate a variety of operational experts.

Virtual Senseis are fully screened by vSensei's expert council, and the Virtual Sensei's specific area of expertise is highlighted for each customer.
